I was a vegetarian for over 25 years. I was also a vegan for several years too. During that time, I had the worst skin, and also the best skin. For some of us, a vegetarian plant-based diet doesn’t guarantee clear skin. It might even make your skin worse. There’s adjustments you might have to make to your vegan or vegetarian diet to get the clear skin results you want.
As you know, I’m a Certified Health Coach specializing in helping women clear up breakouts and adult acne. A large portion of my coaching clients come to me already on healthy diets, but they’re struggling with their skin.
