  • We accept returns of unopened, unused products in their original, undamaged packaging within 30 days of the date you purchased the products for a store credit.
  • You will be credited the amount you paid for the product (not the shipping).
  • If you decide you want to return a product, please contact us before sending it back. We don’t accept returns without prior approval. To return a product, please send an email to info@theclearskinessentials.com with your name, invoice#, name of product you want to return, and reasons for the return. We will reply within 48 hours with instructions on how to return the product.
  • Once we receive the returned product and inspect it, we will email you and process a store credit to be used for future purchases.
  • Please note it can take 30 days to process a return and issue you a store credit.
  • If a product you received is damaged, please contact us immediately. We only accept returns of damaged products within 48 hours of delivery.

Video Courses

  • All video courses come with a 30 day money-back guarantee. If for some reason you are not satisfied with a video course you purchased, please contact us within 30 days of purchasing the video course at info@theclearskinessentials.com. In the email, please include your name, invoice#, and reason for return.
  • Please note it can take 10-14 business days to process a refund.

Coaching

  • All coaching sessions and packages are non-refundable.
  • If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please do so 24 hours in advance; otherwise you will forfeit that appointment and will not have the opportunity to reschedule it.
