First, I want to reassure you that not everyone clears up their skin just by making a few improvements to their diet.
A great portion of my coaching clients came to me for this reason. Their diets were super healthy but their skin wasn't. It's a terribly frustrating situation to be in. And what makes it even worse is they felt judged for it, because people automatically assumed if you're eating so healthy and taking such great care of yourself, your skin should be perfect too.

When I eventually transitioned off the raw food diet and started eating a regular whole food diet again that included both cooked and raw foods, some meats, and even some treats - my skin remained completely clear. All these years, as long as I stay away from all the foods that cause me to have acne and breakouts, I don't have issues with my skin.
